Compost Potato

This potato refused to accept the defeat of being tossed into the compost bin. I moved her into a nice sunny spot in the yard today and hope she will continue to grow.

First Beets

Here is the first beet we've grown this winter.

Garden Salad

A salad entirely from my garden with romaine, beet greens, spinach, sugar peas, green onion, roma tomato and the world's tiniest carrot.
